The Transparency Act

On 1 July 2022, The Transparency Act entered into force. The Act shall promote businesses' respect for basic human rights, decent working conditions and ensure the public's access to information. The law requires Norwegian businesses to carry out due diligence assessments of their own business, suppliers and business partners.

RSM shall report on the company's due diligence assessments for the first time by 30 June 2023.
