Partners

Laurent Heiliger, Managing Partner, was one of the founding partners around Henri Grisius back in 2001. Previously, he was a tax manager in an international audit firm. Laurent graduated from ICHEC, Brussels, with a << Licence en sciences commerciales et financiéres >> . He is a qualified  "Expert Comptable" with the " Ordre des Experts Comptables " , IFA member as well as a member of the tax committee of the OEC.

Manuel Hack joined as a Tax and Accounting Partner in 2003. He started his career with an international audit firm in 1992.  Manuel graduated from Université de Paris 1, Panthéon Sorbonne, with a  << Maîtrise en sciences économiques >>.  He is a qualified " Expert Comptable " with the " Ordre des Experts Comptables", IFA member as well as a member of the ALFI VAT Committee. Manuel has lectured at the University of Luxembourg as well as on behalf of accountancy bodies and other professional bodies over the years.

Stéphanie Grisius, International Contact Partner, joined the partnership in 2006. Stéphanie started her career in private equity consulting in London after which she worked for an international audit firm and a major Swiss bank in Luxembourg. Graduate of a B.Sc. Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, she also holds an M.Phil. in  << Finance >> from the University of Cambridge. Stéphanie is also a member of the ALFI Private Equity Committee.

Pierre Leroy, Audit Partner, set up your audit practice in 2006. Previously, Pierre has worked for a Luxembourg big four firm as auditor during 10 years. He spent one year in a private American bank before coming back to the audit profession.Graduated from EDHEC business school in France in 1997, Pierre is a qualified  " Expert Comptable " with the " Ordre des Experts Comptables  " as well as a qualified  " Réviseur d'entreprises agréé " with IRE/CSSF since 2003.  Pierre is a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg on behalf of the national audit body (" IRE ") .
