Modern Slavery Statement – RSM Australia Statement

RSM Australia continues to be subject to the Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018 (‘Act’), which commenced on 1 January 2019. In accordance with the Act, RSM Australia’s annual Modern Slavery Statement is due 31 December 2023.

MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT: This statement covers the financial period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023, and sets out the steps RSM Australia is taking to continue to develop its modern slavery risk management framework to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within its business or its supply chains. This statement has been submitted for review by the Attorney-General's Department and has not been officially published on the Modern Slavery Statements Register.
 

MODERN STATEMENT POLICY: This policy applies to all Partners, Principals, employees and contractors of the Firm as well as other representatives of our business or of any business in our supply chain. The objective of the Modern Slavery Policy is to affirm our commitment to ensuring that modern slavery is not occurring within our operations or supply chains.
In addition, this policy outlines our approach towards reducing the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains, and aims to ensure all parties understand and are aware of considerations, obligations, requirements and risks associated with modern slavery.
